Here are a list of common questions we receive from customers.

a)      How can I track my package?

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Go to the order you want to track.
  3. Click Track Package next to your order.

b)      How can I find a missing package?

If you received your package and an item is missing:

  1. Go to Your Orders to see if your missing item is in another shipment.
  2. Next to the image of your item, click Track Package to find the delivery date for this shipment.
  3. If you're still unable to locate your item, please contact us.

c)       Which types of credit and debit cards can be used to pay my order?

 

The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift cards

 

You can also use Gift Cards to pay for your order. 

d)      How to toggle between my local currency and Canadian Dollars?

  1. Select the items you'd like to purchase and proceed to checkout.
  2. On the final checkout page before paying for your order, click Switch Currency.
